Description
Sucralose has high sweetening power in small amounts. It is widely used to sweeten beverages, baked goods, jellies, etc.. Sucralose has very low calorie content and is made from sugar.

- Main properties: 600 times sweeter than sugar.
- Excellent stability at typical food temperatures and pH.

- Combinations: Good synergy with acesulfame because the combination of the two gives a more sugar-like profile.
