The MoleFrank by Proquinsa team has more than 30 years of experience in the food sector. Step by step, we have carved out a niche for ourselves in the food additive import market. Since then, we have built close relationships with our customers in which constant communication is our hallmark.

At MoleFrank by Proquinsa, the relationship with the customer is fundamental. For this reason, from the moment the customer places their order, communication is constant.
Ordering and digital signature
We send the order for digital signature: Quantity, price and batch number are determined.
Shipment confirmation and departure
Communication via SMS/Email confirming order preparation and dispatch from the warehouse with shipment tracking.
Check the documentation and status of your order
We provide our customers with a private area/intranet where they can consult all documentation such as product datasheets, invoices and the COAs for their orders.
